Why this site is a staged plan rather than a treatment list
The cluster already publishes clinical accounts of acne, scarring, pigment and each device. Repeating those here would tell you nothing new. This site exists for a different question, the one people actually ask at this age: given where I am in my life, what should I be doing now, what can I leave until later, and what is simply not worth the money yet.
What that changes about the writing
Every guide here orders rather than lists. It says what comes first, what can wait a decade without loss, and why a face with calm skin and no active problem is usually best left alone. It also says plainly what the decade's one irreversible outcome is — scarring from acne that was not controlled in time — because that is the decision that actually matters at this age.
How it is reviewed
Content is medically reviewed by Tongchun Mao, MD, Deputy Director and Head of Aesthetic Surgery at Chongqing West District Hospital, and the review date appears on every article. The site names no product and no brand, quotes no dose and no price, guarantees no outcome, and describes medicines only by substance class.
What no website can do
It cannot look at your skin, tell you whether a mark is a scar or a colour change, decide whether your acne is controlled, or judge how much sun damage you have already collected. Those answers need an examination. Read this site to arrive at that appointment able to ask better questions, not to arrive at a conclusion without it.
